With Royal Mail 1st Class, your package will be delivered to you the very next day after it is dispatched, including Saturdays. This service is ideal for those urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, and we are proud to offer it to our customers.
To take advantage of our next day delivery service, simply select it at checkout when you place your order. We will process your order as quickly as possible and ensure that it is dispatched to Royal Mail on the same day, ensuring that it arrives with you on time.
Please note that there are some restrictions on the types of items that can be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, so please check with us beforehand if you are unsure. Additionally, some areas may experience slightly longer delivery times, so please check the Royal Mail website for more information.

Delayed Shipping
While we make every effort to adhere to the delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Delays can occasionally happen due to bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package and are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
Returns and refund policy

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to exchange or refund it. You must notify us within 14 days and return the unused and unworn item. We cannot process any issues reported after this period.
Please ensure that you inspect the products upon receipt and that they are in perfect condition. If there are any issues, such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items, we will gladly assist you. Please contact us using the forms provided on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
As our eyelashes are handmade, there may be slight variations in each lash. This is not a mistake, but a result of our employees’ unique placement of each hair.
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis by our team at Lish Lash.
Please note that once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change the delivery address. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
